For an investment to be deemed suitable for the Fund, it must demonstrate a commitment to environmental improvements, through policy, management systems, or positive products.

55% of the underlying holdings within the portfolio are classified in the category of EPC A-B*, compared to 36.1% of non domestic properties in England and Wales**.
