When we talk about long-term, we’re not just thinking about returns. The way we see it, the most reliable returns are linked to the most needed and most sustainable assets.
Our long-term approach to investing helps us to be responsible in two ways.
Long term assets
While we don’t limit ourselves to specific areas, we’re always screening for investments that are in line with our values, promote sustainability and benefit society.
Long term relationships
Because our portfolios have a very low rate of turnover, we can work with investee companies, borrowers, property developers and operators on responsibility issues. And importantly, play a big part in making change happen.

We work together to support a chosen charity partner of the year, getting involved with volunteering and various fundraising initiatives. We match our employees fundraising for charity up to £500 each year.
